Our Portacabin is fabricated from hot rolled quality steel duly welded, comprising of base frame, peripheral structure, self draining roof, entry doors and windows (as per our valuable customer specification). All the corners is strengthened to facilitate transportation, lifting and placing the PortaCabin on the site.

Portacabin Manufacturer and Supplier – United Arab Emirates – base frame is normally made of mild steel channel section. The main structural element can be of 100mm x 50mm ‘C channels & cross support of ‘C’ channels section size 75mm x 40mm with extra leg.

The side and end frame of the PortaCabin is made out of pressed sections of suitable pillars of high strength.

Exterior wall is made up by 12mm to 20mm Gypsum Board / Cement Board / MDF board or Flat Sandwich panel top and bottom with Aluminium or GI Pre painted Sheet with 50 to 100mm PU, subject to our customer orders.

Roof is made out by Roof Sandwich panel or Single Skin Roof Profile Sheet subject to our valuable customer choice, with epoxy paint on galvanized or aluminium subtract.

The Flooring System of Portacabin maintains minimum space on the bottom frame 20mm thick plywood, bison panel/cement. Fiber board is fixed by means of self taping screw.

The interior of PortaCabin is aesthetically finished so as to give custom built appearance with extremely high quality craftsmanship. All vertically & horizontal corners shall be neatly & smoothly finished with powder coated aluminium works.

The door will of external opening type made out of the same material as wall panels with door closing unit. The construction of the door will be double skin steel construction with 50mm thick PU insulation. Aluminum powder coated windows, sliding type shall be provided – made of aluminium , 6mm thick, tinted glasses will be fitted on it.

Portacabin which we manufacture and supply, their electrical work is always done with high care with the bunk house, provided with electrical wiring suitable for 250 Volt, 50 HZ / 60 HZ to support electric generator, single phase AC power supply.

All electrical wiring is concealed. Suitable copper cables is used for lighting circuits. The copper cables used will be of 3/19 cable for lighting circuits. ISI mark & concealed in PVC conduits insulated copper wire shall be used for wiring to be done in PVC conduit with small size distribution board with MCB, protection and to separate with main supply.

Standard Portacabin size for the site construction office in UAE – Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al-Khaimah, Al’Ain, Fujairah is 3m width x 6m length / 3 m Width x 9 m Length / 3 m Width x 12 m Width (1 Room, 2 Room, Bathroom).
