Fixing of Sinusoidal Profile Sheet
The right way to fix these sheets is to drill a hole through the sheet and with the help of self-tapping or drilling screws fix the roofing sheet to the purlins. To further strengthen the fix, the washer should be tightly fastened through a steel or aluminium saddle washer, which can be colour of your choice. After the fastening, the fixing area can be covered by a same colour PVC cap. The distance of the profile crown should not be more than 153 mm. Sinusoidal sheet are best for wall cladding. Sinusoidal corrugated sheeting ideal for finished roof pitches which are greater than 4°, and which can be curved to get outstanding architectural designs.

Side Lap Fixing
These should normally have an extra half-lap on each corrugation side, be sealed with a strip sealant, and riveted at 300-400 mm centres, depending on the pitch of the roof. Although rivets are required in vertical circumstances or roof pitches more than 15°, the sealant strip can be removed.
End Lap Fixing
End laps vary in size depending on the roof pitch, but a minimum of 150 mm is suggested.
